How do i track my package?

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number and the shipping carrier’s website will be provided in your Shipping Confirmation email, if available. Please note that after your order has been shipped, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the courier to update its tracking information.

Once order is placed, your order be placed “on hold” until payment is made, once payment is made you will get a email saying it being processed. another email will follow once order is shipped.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping rates are determined by weight, size and destination. To determine the shipping rate for a specific product, add the item to cart and enter the delivery postal code in the Shipping Estimator tool. If you wish to change the quantity, please click on the Update Cart button prior to using the Shipping Estimator tool. The calculator will Show the rate in real time straight from Canada Post and Purolator.

Are all shipments delivered with no signature required?

To ensure that the person ordering online is, in fact, 19 years old, we now use Purolator and Canada Post’s Proof of Age (19+) signature and identity service on every parcel. . In situations where the carrier is unable to deliver due not being home, they will leave a delivery notice. If you receive a notice, you may pick up your item or arrange another delivery date when you will be available to receive it.

How are online orders delivered?

Delivery is Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., local time.

Free delivery items Regular parcel shipping is the default shipping method, all other items customer can pick the type of shipping at checkout.
