Returns are accepted on products that are verified as Dead on Arrival (DOA) only. That means the products received were not functioning brand new out of the box. e.g., Battery won’t power up.
For any DOA claims, you must contact us at immediately contact us and no later than 48 hours after receiving your item. Defective hardware must be shipped back to us at your expense. We will test the defective part and if confirmed defective, we will ship the replacement part and refund the shipping cost (an amount equal to our standard shipping cost to your location).

Test your herbal vaporizer’s functionality at the point of purchase (or as soon as you receive it by courier) by turning the device on and ensuring that it charges and heats up appropriately.
Details on herbal vaporizer warranty for each manufacturer can be found below. keep a copy of your receipt/email invoice (digital or scanned copies are fine) for the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty period. Read the device manual to ensure you are using it correctly.
Once opened or used, vaporizers are final sale. Any and all applicable warranties must be dealt with through the respective manufacturer found in the chart below.
Warranty offered by any manufacturer does not cover (i) cosmetic damage; (ii) damage from tampering, performed or attempted unauthorized service; (iii) damage caused by unit modification; (iv) damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse; and (v) damage due to normal wear and tear or natural aging of the product. Use only the chargers provided with manufacturer’s product. Incompatible chargers may cause batteries to overheat or fail, posing a fire hazard. Warranty does not include accessories and consumable spare parts, such as filters, mouthpieces, or glass parts.
All warranty claims will require you to provide a copy of your receipt from THE KORE (hard copy or digital). Note that THE KORE is an authorized retailer of all the vaporizer brands sold in its online stores.

ArizerTech – Limited Warranty Includes parts & labor defects in material or workmanship, excluding battery. Lifetime warranty on heating element. Glass not covered under warranty
AtmosRx – 5-year Limited Warranty Items will not be replaced with different models or parts. All items being replaced are subject to a replacement fee that covers the shipping and processing costs.
DaVinci / Organicix, LLC – 2-year Limited Warranty General warranty for DaVinci Vaporizers includes all attached parts, craftsmanship, electronics, heating chambers, and structural integrity. The lithium-ion batteries, however, are subject to degradation, and the reduced run time over the course of regular use thus carries a 90-day warranty after purchase to perform as designed for forty (40) continuous minutes at 200ºF
Dipstick Vapes – 1-year Limited Warranty, Warranty covers defects in craftsmanship on the body and wiring of the device. Warranty does not cover vapor tip or crystal quartz atomizer.
Dr. Dabber – 1-year “No-questions-asked” Warranty , Warranty covers the battery and the charger. Glass and replacement atomizer components are not covered.
Firefly / NWT Holdings, LLC – 2-year Limited Warranty Covers defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is transferable.
FLYT LAB – 10-year Limited Warranty Covers all non-consumable components of the device. The warranty does not cover performance degradation or components with non-mechanical functions.
Grenco Science – 1-year Limited Warranty, Warranty is not applicable to mouthpieces, tanks, or coils.
Focus V Carta E Rig – Comes with a limited 1 year warranty. Focus V warrants this device against any defects in materials used to produce this product for a period of one year, from the retail purchase date. This warranty can only be used by the original end-user. If a claim is received and determined to be valid, Focus V will either:Repair the product defect or Exchange the product
