Do you need to use two boveda packs at a time or can you store one and use it when the other drys out. Only asking because this size comes with two packs and the others only come with one.

You should use both packs at the same time with the large. The reason is that the amount of mass inside the container is much more than the small and medium. You want to have the container as full as possible for optimal results.
